Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.
Any terms and conditions of the customer that differ from these Terms and Conditions shall not apply unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

3. Offers and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding purchase offer.
The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable value-added tax, where required by law.
Shipping costs may apply and are displayed before the order is finalized.
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the online store.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are indicated in the online store and may vary depending on the destination country.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

7. Statutory Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
In the event of defects, the customer is initially entitled to rectification or replacement.

8. Commercial Warranty and After-Sales Service

In the event of manufacturing defects, we provide a 6-month commercial warranty starting from the date of delivery.
During this period, any defective or unusable components will be replaced at our expense.

This commercial warranty is provided in addition to and does not limit statutory warranty rights.

9. Replacements and Spare Parts

We offer paid replacement of products or individual components for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase, subject to availability.

10. Transport Damage

Products damaged during transport will be fully replaced at our expense, provided that the damage is reported within a reasonable time after receipt of the shipment.
The customer is obliged to report visible damage as soon as possible after delivery.

12. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damages.

13. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), to the extent permitted by law.

15. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
