Delivery information
Order processing takes on average 1–2 business days.
Delivery is carried out via the international courier GLS and takes on average 4–7 business days to any address within the European Union.
Shipping costs are:
9 EUR, for orders from Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg
28 EUR, for orders from Switzerland, Portugal, Norway, Sweden, UK and Finland
120 EUR, for other major international destinations
For orders outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for import duties and taxes.
Return policy
You have the right to return the products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. The amount paid will be fully refunded after we receive the returned products. The costs and organization of the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Für jeden Fabrikationsfehler bieten wir eine 6-monatige Garantie ab dem Lieferdatum des Produkts. In diesem Zeitraum ersetzen wir jede defekte oder unbrauchbare Komponente auf unsere Kosten.
Umtausch und Ersatzteile
Wir bieten die Möglichkeit, Produkte oder Komponenten gegen Gebühr innerhalb von 2 Jahren ab Kaufdatum umzutauschen.
Während des Transports beschädigte Produkte
Produkte, die während des Transports beschädigt wurden, werden vollständig auf unsere Kosten ersetzt, vorausgesetzt, die Benachrichtigung erfolgt innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist nach Erhalt des Pakets.
